When we stand together, we move things forward.
From construction sites and factories to buses, farms, and homes, workers keep Nepal moving. SITUC exists to make sure the people doing that work are heard, protected, and valued.
We are independent from political parties, accountable to our members, and committed to practical change that reaches every worker — including those often left out.
